ARUNDEL, WEST SUSSEX

This will be based around Swanborne Lake in Arundel and the nearby vicinity. There is parking available on the road leading to the lake as well as just beyond it. Alternatively, there are public car parks closer to the town.

There is a public toilet beside the small café. It is 20p/person to access these facilities via a turnstile. You will have access to these facilities at various points during the course of the wander.

The amount of strolling/walking we do will be dependent on the group and adapted accordingly. There will often be opportunities to sit on the benches that are in the area, throughout the course of the day as and when needed. The footpaths we'll be using are generally quite good, but may be uneven in places.

Weather permitting, we'll be eating our packed lunches outside. Make sure you bring plenty of layers to keep you warm and dry.
